It’s important when choosing a counselor to read up on who you are seeing to make sure they are a good match for you. There are many different types of therapy styles. They provide information for each counselor as to what therapy styles they use, what conditions they treat, any areas they may specialize in, and list what insurance companies they accept as well as their hourly rates.
