Books

Over the years I have read many books that I have found to be helpful for me. On this page I will share with you the list of books that I have read. I will also share a list of books that I haven’t read yet, but seem like they may be helpful. When I first started my healing journey, and I wasn’t sure what to do, I had a hard time finding books that were geared towards helping sexual abuse survivors. That is why I feel it’s important to have this list available for you. Not all of these books are about sexual abuse, but I have found them to be helpful to me in different areas of my life. I hope you will find the books on these lists helpful too.
